15.50 – 02.20. 4 Halifaxes and 4 liberators detailed for supply-dropping in ITALY. 2 Liberators and three Halifaxes brought back full loads owing to no reception. 2 Liberators dropped on Alternative targets. One Liberator after having identified as unsuccessful, crashed into the sea at base on landing.

Bad weather conditions again effected the monthly operational results. Operations were possible only on 1 day for Halifaxes and 2 for Liberators. The re-arming with Liberator aircraft continues slowly.
