Letter received from Air Ministry that P/O Bondar reported missing 25.6.41 now presumed for Official purposes to by killed on that date.

Tvelve a/c of the Squadron flew to Martlesham at 0900 hrs and from there operated the whole day on convoy patrol. The Squadron returned at dusk – nothong to report having happened. Sgt. Pilot Chojnacki reported on posting from 308 Squadron.

The President of the Polish Republic, W. Raczkiewicz visited the station on the presentation of the Polish Air Force flag to 303 Squadron. The flag being held by successive Squadrons for 3 months. The whole Polish wing was on parade and decorations were presented to the following personnel of this Squadron Pilots : F/Lt. J. Daszewski, F/O B. Kłosin, Sgt. Kłosinski. K.W.

Air firing programme arranged for Bexhill and Shoreham ranges. Four pilots only firing, two in 11 Group firing competition, as bad weather coming in the afternoon curtailed the programme. Four pilots continued with night flying training. Some practice formation including use of cine camera. Practices carried out in rate of climb to acquaint pilots with limits of new Merlin engines.

Sweep. Twelve aircraft of the Squadron took off at 11.27 on a Sweep over the Channel at 28,000 feet. All aircraft landed at 12.45 having nothing to report.

Belc, Sgt. Wunsche, Sgt. Popek, Sgt. Giermer, Sgt. Palak, Sgt. Klosinski. All of these pilots took part in operational flying in August, Sept. October 1940.
