09.45. 8 pilots took off Base and completed an Navigation training exercise down to the South Coast and back to COLTISHALL, landing here at 11.45 hrs. Uneventful.
16.45. 22 sorties were flown during a dusk and night flying programme completed by 22.50 hrs.

10.15. 9 Pilots from our Squadron participated in a practice “Fly – Past” over the Base. 309 and 315 Squadrons also took part.
14.35. 12 Pilots took off Base, and with pilots from 309 and 315 Squadrons, carried out a Wing Fly Past over Norfolk Fighter Sector Headquarters at R.A.F. HORSHAM SAINT FAITHS NORWICH. A detachment of boys from the Air Training Cadets were visiting Sector at this time.
Pilots landed back at Base by 15.45 hrs. P.705649 Sgt Pilot GAJEWSKI, E was promoted to the rank of F/Sgt wef: 14/2/46, by the Air Officer Commanding Headquarters No. 12 Group.

Pilot was discharged to detachment – after Sick Leave – wef: 14/3/46. News was received from the Reverent S/Ldr Cecil King of [Illegible] R.A.F. BIGGIN HILL that a final list of Pilots killed in War Operations: whilst Operating i [Illegible] the BIGGIN SECTOR: was being compiled. Several Pilots from 306 Squadron are eligible, and [Illegible] their names are shortly to be placed on the panels in ST. GEORGES CHAPEL OF REMEMBRANCE [Illegible] that Station. It is also hoped that a replica of our Squadron badge will be added onto the [Illegible]Memorial.
