Sergeant Pilot Blok arrived on posting from No. 56 Squadron, North Weald. He has completed 350 hours flying. An Athletic Meeting was held by R.A.F. Station, Speke, in which No. 315 Squadron won 10 first places, 11 second places, and numerous other honours.

Sergeants Turzanski and Zaniewski were posted to No. 605 Squadron, Baginton as fully Night and Day Operational pilots. Further British personnel were withdrawn from Squadron. During last few days, Flight Lieutenant T.D.H. Davy, O.C. “A” Flight was posted to M.S.F.U., Speke; F/Lt. Szczesniewski assumed command of “A” Flight.

F/O Chrzanowski (Parachute Officer) proceeded on attachment to R.A.F. Station, Weeton on Officers’ Parachute Packing Course.

F/Lt. A.L. Edy and F/O. D.J.B. Mann were posted to No. 457 Squadron, Baginton. F/Lt. Mickiewicz assumed command “B” Flight, and F/O. A. Olszewski took over the duties of Squadron Adjutant. As the withdrawal of further British personnel was intended in the near future, a “Farewell Party” was held in the Officers’ Mess. Each British officer was presented with a small souvenir and a letter of appreciation for their work with the Squadron.
Three pilots proceeded to R.A.F. Station, Squires Gate for Night Flying Training. Arrangements have been made at Squires Gate for Night Flying Training. Arrangements have been made at Squires Gate for this Squadron to take full advantage of the Moon Period (30th. June to 14 th. July) for Night Flying. The necessary Maintenance personnel proceeded to Squires Gate on attachment.
