PETERHEAD.

4 aircraft local flying and test. 6 aircraft night flying. WEATHER:- Cloudy with intermittent rain spread from SW of area and becoming intermittent from West again later in period. Vis:- Over 10 miles at first deterioting 2/6 miles with much hill fog in precipitation.

1944-12-02

10 aircraft practice dive bombing. 1 aircraft test. WEATHER:- Fair periods and rather frequent rain snow sleet or hail showers in exposed places with risk of thunder, scattered showers in sheltered [distriots]. Vis:- Over 10 miles deterioting 2/5 miles with hill fog in showers and locally less than 1 mile in snow showers.

WEATHER:- Cloudy, fair at first in E. with scattered wintry showers in N. intermittent rain or drizzle reaching extreme W. & S. about 09.00-10.00hrs. and spreading quickly ENE over area becoming cont. in S and exposed places. Vis:- Over 10 miles but 3-6 miles in showers and in rain in sheltered places with local hill fog.
