F/O. Krupa proceeded to Polish Inspectorate General on temporary administrative duties

F/O. Krupa returned from London. P/O. Przymenski travelled to Blackpool to attend an Intelligence Conference.

One scramble, lasting 20 minutes, was made during the day. No contact was made. F/L. Gabszewicz and F/O. Sawicz have been appointed to paid acting ranks of Squadron Leader, and Flight Lieutenant respectively.

Scrambles, lasting 6 hours, 20 minutes, in which five aircraft took part, were made in the course of the day. No e/a were sighted. F/O. Przymenski returned from Blackpool.

A/S/L. Gabszewicz flew to and from Northolt in a Spitfire.

F/O. Krupa and F/O. Christman proceeded to R.A.F. Station, Northolt with advance party on the movement of the squadron (See movement order).

F/O. Nartowicz and P/O. Samofal flew to Northolt in the Battle and Magister respectively.

F/O. Radomski is posted to this squadron from No. 303 (P) Squadron for flying duties.

A practice sweep, involving 18 hours 25 minutes flying by this squadron, was carried out to midway over the Channel. The flight was uneventful.

P/O. Radwanski has been posted from No. 302 (P) Squadron for flying duties with this squadron.

The squadron took part in an offensive sweep to the neighbourhood of Calais. The flight occupied 20 hours 35 minutes but no e/a. were encountered. P/O. Dobrucki was obliged, owing to lack of petrol, he forced land one mile east of the aerodrome. The aircraft was badly damaged but the pilot sustained only minor cute of the face.

A/F/L. Sankey is posted to R.A.F. Station, Church Stanton for administrative duties.

The squadron co-operated in an offensive sweep over Dunkirk. All aircraft returned to base without anything of interest having been seen. 19 hours were flown.
