Seven A/C. took part In Ramrod 1424 escorting Lancasters to Landbeggen. Operational uneventful. One A/C landed in Belgium owing to Mech. Trouble. – One A/C returned from Brussels, one a/c test.

7 A/C took part in a sweep Rodeo 408. Lake Lascher – Lipstadt/Rhine area. Uneventful. F/L. Szymankiewicz crashed landed in Belgium at B.88. Pilot injured and died in Hospital same date. Aircraft Cat. “E”. – No training flying only three a/c test. – F/L. Kirste, M. posted to Polish Depot and SGT. Peszke, Skowronski posted from No. 3 T.E.U.

Six barges and gun positions were attack. All barges hit. One blew up, one tug left burning. F/O. W. Paleo Three a/c test, two sorties gun test.
